We want you to love your Bond Touch accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original box and include all charging cables and bands.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
